Frequently Asked Questions

The river trip is approximately 10 miles and takes around 1 1/2- 2 1/2 hours to float down. The time varies depending on traffic and seasonal water flow. 

Please prepare for 3 hours maximum for your trip.

Bring a bathing suit, shorts, shirt- clothes that you don't mind getting wet. Dry fit or sports material is best. We recommend avoiding wearing any cotton materials. Sunscreen, sunglasses, eyeglass straps, and a change of clothes are other great items to bring. We provide splash gear and/or wetsuits free of charge on colder trips along with bottled water in the rafts.

We will meet up with you at Beehive Bend which is about 45 minutes north of Boise. Once you've met up with our guides and sign all necessary paperwork, we will hop in our shuttle van and drive to Banks which is where our put in is located. From there, we will float right back down to Beehive Bend. 

It is greatly appreciated! We recommend 10% as any other service job. 

We totally understand that life happens! As bummed as we will be that you can't make your trip, we do our best to be accommodating. If you cancel 7+ days before your trip is scheduled, we will offer you a full refund. Cancellations made 2-6 days before your trip begins, we will happily reschedule your trip to a later date or we will refund 50% back to your card. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your trip cannot be refunded- we hope you understand!
